About Future Flowers

Coen and Eric Jansen started growing Callas on a small-scale farm in Naaldwijk in 2001. Over a decade later, father Coen handed over the baton in full to his son.

From the start of the company until 2016, Future Flowers was a specialist in growing the white variety Crystal Blush.

Wider range

In 2017, a larger nursery in De Lier was purchased. Using modern cultivation techniques, Future Flowers is able to mimic a climate that allows Callas to be produced all year round. The assortment changed from one variety to a much wider range of as many as seven varieties. Callas were increasingly sold directly to exporters from this point onwards.

Decorum

The same year, Future Flowers joined growers' association Decorum, a group of like-minded growers who sell their best flowers and plants under the joint Decorum brand. Cooperation within the group is key here.

We can learn a lot from and with each other. The cooperation with a number of Decorum growers has intensified even more since 2021 by appointing a joint salesman and commissioning a logistics distribution centre at Royal FloraHolland Rijnsburg.

Thinking in solutions

Besides the passion for our flowers, we value reliability, flexibility and quality. We find it important to be in personal contact with our customer. Every wish can be discussed, we like to think in terms of solutions!
